Day 5, and we decide to pamper ourselves by sleeping in a little bit more, as we have a long drive today. By 10am we had check-out from the guesthouse and to spend some time exploring Puli Town before moving up to Taipei. We had wanted to try this restaurant named, 喷水餐厅, last night for dinner, but it was already closed for the day when we found it. But they have a must-try dish for me so today we decide to drop by again, for lunch! Lucky day for us! It was open and we were the 1st customer, thus there's no long waiting time for us. We find this shop very humble, there wasn't any pictures of newspaper clippings displayed in their shop. There were only certificates of their chefs who received recognition as top renowned chefs in Taiwan. Only upon chatting with the friendly staffs do we know that they have a few TV stations coming to film their shops during the next few days. And if we were to drop by a few days later, we might not be able to taste their food, as they will be
